Graduated from Krasnoyarsk Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals, Faculty of Metallurgy, Department of Metallurgy of Non-Ferrous Metals, with a specialty in Metallurgy of Non-Ferrous Metals, qualification Engineer-Metallurgist (1987), Krasnoyarsk Academy of Non-Ferrous Metals and Gold (at the present time – School of Non-Ferrous Metals and Material Science of the Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Economics, with a specialty in Economics and Management of Enterprise, qualification Economist (1998), in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. Additional education according to ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards, as well as advanced training in Labor Protection and Industrial Safety. Head Master of Electrolysis Cases at Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter, in the city of Krasnoyarsk (2001-2004). Head of the Organizational Planning Department (2004), Director for Labor Protection, Environment and Quality (2005) at Sayanogorsk Aluminium Smelter, in the city of Sayanogorsk, Republic of Khakassia, Russia.
