Graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute (at the present time – the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia Boris Nikolaevich Yeltsin) Faculty of Radiotechnics (at the present time – Institute of Radio Electronics and Information Technology) with specialty in «Automatics and Telemechanics», and the Ural Institute of Stock Market with specialty the specialty in «Management of Organization». DSc. in Technical Sciences (1992), Professor (1992), Honored Worker of Higher School of the Russian Federation, Academician of the A. M. Prokhorov Russian Academy of Engineering Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, full member of the European Academy of Natural History. Director for Institute of Economy and Management, the Head for the Department of Management and Quality Control, Institute of Economics and Management, the Ural Forest Engineering University, in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. Founder of the scientific school «Systems of data management in intelligent information systems». Deputy chief editor for the scientific journal «Eco-Potential». Author and co-author of more than 300 papers and books.
