Ivanov Alexander Viktorovich, born 7 August, 1986 in the city of Kostroma, Kostroma Oblast, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Kostroma State University of Technology, Faculty of Forest Mechanics, in the city of Kostroma, Kostroma Oblast, Russia (2008). Completed PhD course at Moscow State Forest University, in the city of Mytishchi, Moscow Oblast, Russia. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Crops, Selection and Seed Growing (2012). PhD thesis: «Osobennosti Fenologii i Reprodukscii Eli v Geograficheskikh Kulturakh Yuznoi Podzony Taigi» (The Features of Spruce Phenology and Reproduction in Provenance Crops of the Southern Taiga Subzone), Mytishchi, Moscow St. For. Univ. (at the present time – Mytischi Br. Bauman Moscow St. Tech. Univ.), 2012 (in Russian). Research Scientist for the Laboratory of Geoecology, Institute of Geology and Nature Management, Rus. Acad. Sci., Far East. Br., in the city of Blagoveshchensk, Amur Oblast, Russia (2022-present). Research interests in study carbon cycle of forest ecosystems, biodiversity, forest restoration. Author and co-author of more than 80 scientific publications.
