Kisilyakhov Egor Kirillovich
Kisilyakhov Egor Kirillovich, born 25 August, 1946. Graduated from Novosibirsk State University, Department of Physics, with a specialty in Physics, qualification Physicist (1970). Research Scientist for the Laboratory of Forest Pyrology at Federal Research Center, Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center, Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch, V. N. Sukachev Institute of Forest, Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch, in the city of Krasnoyarsk. Specialist in the field of physics of burning plant materials, ecology of natural fires, fire management, including controlled burning on logged areas in lowland and low mountain taiga forests and under the canopy of light coniferous forests. CoPI for a numerous international research projects in studying nature of forest fires and their impact on forest ecosystems’ formation and dynamics. Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific publications, including 7 books, patent for an invention.
