Kopanina Anna Vladimirovna, born 1 October 1978, in the town of Bolshoy Kamen, Shkotovsky District, Primorsky Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from the Sakhalin State University, Faculty of Natural Sciences (at the present time – Institute of Natural Sciences and Technosphere Safety), Department of Ecology, Biology and Natural Resources, with a specialty in Biology, and additional specialty in Chemistry, qualification Biologist, Chemist, in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Oblast, Russia (2000), PhD studies in Botany at the Institute of Biology and Soil Science, Rus. Acad. Sci., Far East. Br. (in 2017 Inst. Biol. & Soil Sci., Rus. Acad. Sci., Far East. Br. has been reorganized to the Federal Scientific Center of the East Asia Terrestrial Biodiversity, Rus. Acad. Sci., Far East. Br.), in the city of Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russia (2004). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) in Botany (2005).
