Graduated from Vyatka State University of Technology (at the present time – Vyatka State University), Department of Automation and Computing Machines, with a specialty in Automation and Controlling in Technical Systems, and qualification Engineer of Automation and Controlling of Technical Systems (1999), Mari State University of Technology (at the present time – Volga State University of Technology), Faculty of Forestry and Environment (at the present time – Institute of Forestry and Nature Management), with a specialty in Forestry and Forest Park Economy, and qualification Engineer of Forestry and Forest Park Economy (2002). Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD) in System Analysis, Controlling and Data Processing (2011). PhD thesis: «Razrabotka Metodov i Tekhnologii Analiza Dannykh v Informatsionnoy Sisteme Ddistantsionnogo Monitoringa Lesnykh Pozharov» (Development of Methods and Technologies for Data Analysis in the Information System of Remote Sensing Monitoring of Forest Fires).
