Graduated from the Ural Institute of State Fire Safety EMERCOM of Russia, Faculty of Fire and Technosphere Safety, with a specialty in Fire Safety, qualification Engineer of Fire Safety (2009), Master Program in Public Administration at the School of Public Administration and Entrepreneurship, Graduate School of Economics and Management, Ural Federal University, with MSc in Public Administration (2021), in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD, 2017), Associate Professor (2020) in Agroforestry Melioration, Protective Afforestation, Landscaping of Populated Areas, Forest Fires and Their Control. PhD thesis: «Nauchnoe Obosnovanie Sistemy Okhrany Naselennykh Punktov ot Lesnykh Pozharov na Srednem Urale» (Scientific Substantiation of the System for Protecting Settlements from Forest Fires in the Middle Urals), Yekaterinburg, Ural St. For. Engineer. Univ., 2016 (in Russian). Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service, Associate Professor for the Department of Supervisory Activities and Law at the Ural Institute of State Fire Safety EMERCOM of Russia, in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia (2017-present).
