Lapin Eugene Alexandrovich

Lapin Eugene Alexandrovich, born 13 December, 1972 in the city of Baley, Chita Oblast, Russia. Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Technology (KSAT) (in 1997 KSAT renamed to the Siberian State University of Technology (SSUT) (in 2016 SSUT is affiliated to M. F. Reshetnev Siberian State Aerospace University), Faculty of Forestry, with a specialty in Forestry and Forest Park Management, qualification Engineer of Forestry and Forest Park Management (1995). Since 1995 worked as master of the forest, district forester, engineer of forest protection, state federal inspector for the Republican Forestry Agency, Ministry of Natural Resources of the Republic of Buryatia.
