Loskutov Sergei Redzhinaldovich, born 14 June 1951, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (KSU) (in 2006 KSU being included to Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Physics (at the present time – School of Engineering Physics and Radio Electronics, Siberian Federal University), Department of Biophysics, with a specialty in Biophysics, and qualification Physicist, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk KraiSoviet Union (1973). Candidate (PhD, 1983) and Doctor (1999) of Chemical Sciences in Technology and Equipment for Chemical Processing of Wood; Chemistry of Wood. PhD thesis: «Sostoyanie Vody v Drevesine Listvennitsy pri Polozhitel'nykh i Otritsatel'nykh Temperaturakh: Fiziko-Khimicheskaya Kharakteristika» (Water Condition in Larch Wood under Positive and Negative Temperatures: Physical-Chemical Characteristic), Riga, Institute of Wood Chemistry (at the present time – Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry Latvijas Valsts Koksnes Ķīmijas Institūts), Academy of Sciences of the Latvian Soviet Socialist Republic (at the present time – Latvian Academy of Sciences), 1984 (in Russian).
