Rudikovskiy Alexander Viktorovich

Rudikovskiy Alexander Viktorovich, born 31 March, 1960 in the city of Nizhneudinsk Nizhneudinsky District, Irkutsk Oblast, Russia. Graduated from Irkutsk State University, Faculty of Biology and Soil Studies, Department of genetics (at the present time – Department of Plant Physiology, Cell Biology and Genetics), with a specialty in Biology, and specialization in Plant Physiology, qualification – Biologist, in the city of Irkutsk, Irkutsk Oblast, Russia (1982). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry (1993). PhD thesis: «Belki Teplovogo Shoka Kletok Kukuruzy i ikh Vliyanie na Energeticheskuyu Aktivnost’ Mitokhondriy» (Heat Shock Proteins of Corn Cells and Their Influence to Energy Activity of Mitochondrions), Irkutsk, Sib. Inst. Plant Physiol. Biochem., Rus. Acad. Sci., Sib. Br., 1988 (in Russian). Head for the Laboratory of Plant Physiology and Productivity, Department of Terrestrial Ecosystems, Siberian Institute of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch, in the city of Irkutsk, Irkutsk Oblast, Russia (since 2013 to present time). Scientific interests in genetic engineering, and breeding of new agronomical varieties. Author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications.
