Sinyavin Viktor Sergeevich, born 28 November 1985 in the village of Bytev, Akshinsky District, Chita Oblast (01 March 2008 Chita Oblast have been abolished with the establishing Zabaykalsky Krai in association with Agin-Buryat Autonomous Okrug), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from the Siberian State University of Technology (SibSUT) (in 2016 SibSUT affiliated to Academician M. F. Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology), Faculty of Forestry, Department of Ecology and Forest Protection, with a specialty in Forestry and qualification Engineer of Forestry, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (2010). Director for Krasnoyarsk Branch of the Federal State Autonomous Institution «Forestry Administration» («Oboronles»), Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (2017-present), PhD studies in Forest Science and Silviculture, Forest Planning and Forest Inventory at the Laboratory of Forest Inventory and Forest Use, V.
