Song Cholho, born 14 February, 1989 in the city of Seoul, Republic of Korea. Undergraduate studies in Business Administration at the Korea University, Business School, Department of Business Administration, with Bachelor of Business Administration (2013), MSc studies in Environmental Science and Ecological Engineering at the Korea University, Graduate School of Life and Environmental Science, Department of Environmental Science and Ecological Engineering, with MSc in Environmental Science and Ecological Engineering, in the city of Seoul, Republic of Korea (2015). Research and Teaching Assistant (2012-2016), Researcher for the Environmental GIS/RS Laboratory, Member of Young Scholar Committee of Mid-Latitude Ecotone Studies, PhD studies in Environmental Sciences (since 2017) at the Korea University, Graduate School of Life and Environmental Science, Department of Environmental Science and Ecological Engineering, in the city of Seoul, Republic of Korea. Scholarship winner of the National Research Foundation of Korea and German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdient) (DAAD) in the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change, in the city of Berlin, Germany (2016). Participated research projects related to ecosystem services, land changes monitoring and spatial modeling. Author and co-author of more than 10 research papers, published in peer-reviewed editions.
