Tsykalov Anatoliy Grigor’evich, born 9 June 1961 in the city of Orikhiv, Orikhiv Raion, Zaporizhia Oblast, Ukraine. Graduated from the Order of the Red Banner of Labour Siberian Institute of Technology (SibIT) (in 1997 SibIT renaimed to Siberian State University of Technology (SibSUT), in 2016 SibSUT affiliated to Academician M. F. Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology), Faculty of Forestry (in 2017 Faculty of Forestry included to the Institute of Forest Technologies), with a specialty in Forestry and qualification Engineer of Forestry, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia) (1983). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Science and Forestry, Forest Fires and Fire Fighting (1991). PhD thesis: «Priroda pozharov v lesah na vechnoy merzlote Tsentralnoy Evenkii» (The Nature of Fires in the Forests on Permafrost in the Central Evenkia), Krasnoyarsk, V. N. Sukachev Inst.
