Zakharov Yuri Gennadievich, born 1 May 1985 in the city of Moscow. Graduated (Diploma with honors) from Moscow State Forest University, Forestry Faculty with a specialty in Forestry (2007), PhD course in Forest Planning and Forest Inventory at All-Russian Research Institute of Silviculture and Mechanization of Forestry (VNIILM) in the city of Pushkino, Moscow Oblast (2010). Head for the Department of Forest Planning at the Branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Roslesinforg» «Centerlesproekt» in the city of Ivanteyevka, Moscow Oblast (since 2006).
