Sedel'nikova Tamara Stanislavovna, born 27 August, 1961 in the city of Kalach-na-Donu, Volgograd Oblast. Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (KSU), Faculty of Biology and Chemistry, with a specialty in Biology (1983) (in 2006 KSU being included to Siberian Federal University). Doctor of Biological Sciences in Botany (2008). DSc. thesis: «Differensciasciya Bolotnykh i Sukhodolnykh Populyascii Vidov Semeistva Pinaceae Lindl. (Reproduktivnye i Karioticheskie Osobennosti)» (Differentiation of Bog and Dry Valley Communities of the Pinaceae Lindl. Family Species (Reproductive and Karyotypic Features), Tomsk, 2008 (in Russian). Senior Research Scientist for the laboratory of Forest Genetics and Breeding at V. N. Sukachev Institute of Forest, Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch. Expert in karyology, cytogenetics, reproductive biology and ecology of conifers. Member of the Russian Botanical Society (1991), Vavilov Society of Geneticists and Breeders of Ukraine (2012), Independent Public Environmental Chamber at the Council of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai (2007). Laureate of the academician A. B. Zhukov prize in Forest Science (1993). In connection with the 275th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences, awarded the gratitude of the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1999). Participant of more than 40 national Russian and international scientific conferences. Closely cooperates with Russian and foreign researchers from Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Ukraine. Associate Editor-in-chief for peer-reviewed theoretical journal «Sibirskij Lesnoj Zurnal» (Sib. J. For. Sci.). Reviewer for scientific journals: «Ekologiya» (Rus. J.
