The growth and seed production of Siberian and Korean stone pines at the age of 24-41 years in the "Izvestkovaya" plantation, located in the area of educational and experimental forest enterprise of the Siberian State Technological University (so-called "Green Zone" of Krasnoyarsk City) were analyzed. It has been found that Korean stone pine (Pinus koraiensis Siebold & Zucc) is behind of Siberian stone pine (Pinus sibirica Du Tour) in growth rate, the formation of cones and microstrobiles. Inter-and intraspecific variation in the formation of tree crown, cones and seeds size were significant, which allowed selection of individual trees with better reproduction characteristics.
