A brief history of the Tomsk branch of the federal state budgetary enterprise «Roslesinforg» is presented on the eve of its 70^th anniversary. The Krasnoyarsk aerial photo forest inventory expedition in the city of Tomsk was formed in 1951, the expedition was part of the West Siberian aerial photo forest inventory trust. Its forest inventory parties left for the first field work in the Tomsk region on May 15, 1951. The article provides information on the work performed from 1951 to 2020.
