Akhmetov Ruslan Sabyrovich, born 28 October, 1981, in the village of Ivanovka, Sovetsky District, North Kazakhstan Region, Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic (since 1991 – Republic of Kazakhstan) (former Soviet Union). Graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Faculty of Forest Engineering (at the present time – Faculty of Forestry and Land Resources), with a specialty in Forest Engineering, qualification Engineer, in the city of Almaty, Almaty Region, Republic of Kazakhstan (2008), MSc studies in Forestry at the Kazan St. Agr. Univ., Faculty of Forestry and Ecology, Department of Silviculture and Forest Crops, with MSc in Forestry, in the city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia (2014). PhD studies in Forestry at the Kazakh Nat. Agr. Res. Univ., Faculty of Forestry and Land Resources, in the city of Almaty, Almaty Region, Republic of Kazakhstan (2023). PhD in Forest Resources and Forestry (2024). PhD thesis: «Sovershenstvovanie Agrotekhniki Vyrashchivaniya Saksaula Chernogo v Zapadnom Kazakhstane» (Improving Agricultural Technology for Growing Black Saxaul in Western Kazakhstan), Almaty, Kazakh Nat.
