Dmitriev Aleksey Valerevich, born 11 February 1976. Graduated from the Buryat State University, Applied Physics Faculty, with a specialty in Physics (1998), PhD course in Radiophysics at the Department of Physical Problems (at the present time – Institute of Physical Material Science, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) under Presidium of Buryat Scientific Center, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in the city of Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia. Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (PhD) in Radiophysics (2008). PhD thesis: «Mnogokratnaya Difraksciya Frenelya-Kirhgofa v Zadachakh Rasprostraneniya Voln» (Multiple Fresnel-Kirhgof Diffraction in the Problems of Wave Propagation), Ulan-Ude, 2008 (in Russian). Senior Research Scientist for the Sector of Optical and Microwave Diagnostics and Processing of Space Information at Institute of Physical Material Science, Buryat Scientific Center, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in the city of Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia. Specialist in radar polarimetry, and digital image processing. Author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications.
