Manag.), with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Engineer of Forestry, in the city of Sverdlovsk (04 Sept., 1991 the city of Sverdlovsk renaimed to Yekaterinburg), Sverdlovsk Oblast, Soviet Union. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Science and Silviculture; Forest Fires and Fire Fighting (1980), Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (DSc) in Land Management, Cadastre and Land Monitoring; Forest Science and Silviculture; Forest Fires and Fire Fighting (2007), Professor (2007).
