Dymshakova Olga Sergeevna
Dymshakova Olga Sergeevna, born 23 December 1982 in Sosnovy Bor settlement, Artyomovsky District, Sverdlovsk Oblast. Graduated from M. A. Gorki Ural State University (USU) Faculty of Biology, Departemt of Botany, with a specialty in Biology (2005) in Sverdlovsk (4 September 1991 the city regained its historical name Yekaterinburg), Russia (12 May 2011 USU has been affiliated to Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Eltsin). MSc. thesis: «Reproductive and Karyological Polymorphism of Plants of the Urals Saxifraga cernua L. and S. sibirica L. Populations, Their Natural and Artificial Hybrids», Yekaterinburg, 2005 (in Russian). PhD studies in Botany at the Laboratory of Molecular Ecology of Plants at the Institute of Plant and Animal Ecology, Russian Academy of Sciences, Ural Branch (2005-2008). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) in Botany (2010), Research Scientist for the Laboratory of Molecular Ecology of Plants at the Institute of Plant and Animal Ecology, Russian Academy of Sciences, Ural Branch (since 2003). Research interests in hybridization of higher plants, karyology, reproductive biology, genetics. PI and Co-PI for an international and the RFBR research grants.
