Egorova Irina Nikolaevna, born 16 May, 1978 in the settlement of Razdol’e, Usolsky District, Irkutsk Oblast, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Irkutsk State Pedagogical University (at the present time – Pedagogical Institute of Irkutsk State University), Faculty of Geography and Natural Sciences (at the present time – Department of Physical-Mathematical, Natural History, and Technological Education), with a specialty in Biology, qualification Teacher of Biology and Chemistry, in the city of Irkutsk, Irkutsk Oblast, Russia (2000). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) in Botany and Ecology (2007). PhD thesis: «Epifitnaya Algoflora Pribaikalya: Vidovoe Raznoobrazie i Ekologicheskie Osobennosti» (Epiphytic Flora of Cis-Baikal: Species Diversity and Ecological Specifics), Ulan-Ude, Buryat State Univ., 2006 (in Russian). Senior Research Scientist for the Laboratory of Natural and Anthropogenic Ecosystems, Siberian Institute of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Rus. Acad. Sci., Sib. Br., in the city of Irkutsk, Irkutsk Oblast, Russia (since 2010 to present time). Research interests in algology. Author and co-author of more than 90 scientific publications.
