Farukshina Gulfiya Glyusovna, born 26 December 1964, in the city of Ufa, Republic of BashkortostanSoviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated (Diploma with Honors) from Muromtsevsky Forest Engineering College, with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Technician of Forestry, in Vladimir OblastSoviet Union (1985), Bashkir State Agricultural Institute (at the present time – Bashkir State Agrarian University), Faculty of Forestry (at the present time – Faculty of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry), with a specialty Engineer of Forestry (Diploma with Honors, 1990). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD, 1998), Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (DSc, 2019) in Forest Crops, Selection and Seed Farming. PhD thesis: «Morfologicheskaya i Kariotipicheskaya Izmenchivost Listvennitsy Sukacheva i Eli Sibirskoy na Urale» (Morphological and Caryotypic Variability of Sukachev Larch and Siberian Spruce in the Urals), Krasnoyarsk, V.
