Gabdelkhakov Aydar Kavilovich, born 7 August 1965, in the working settlement of Kandry, Bashkir ASSR (since 1992 – Republic of Bashkortostan), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Bashkir Agricultural Institute (at the present time – Bashkir State Agrarian University), Faculty of Hydromelioration and Forestry (at the present time – Faculty of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry), with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Engineer of Forestry, in the city of Ufa, Bashkir ASSR, Soviet Union (1987). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Planning and Forest Inventory (1997), Associate Professor for the Department of Silviculture (1999). PhD thesis: «Fitomassa Lipnyakov Lesostepi Bashkirskogo Predural’ya» (Phytomass of Linden Forests of the Forest-Steppe of the Bashkir Cis-Urals), Mari St. Univ. Technol. (at the present time – Povolzhskiy St. Univ. Technol.), 1997 (in Russian). Associate Professor for the Department of Silviculture and Landscape Design, Faculty of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry, Bashkir State Agrarian University, in the city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia (1999-present). Scientific interests in the studies of structure, growth, and productivity of small-leaved linden. Author and co-author of more than 80 scientific publications, tutorial, and monograph.
