Ivanov Oleg Anatol’evich, born 17 June, 1969 in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from the Khakass Agricultural Technical School (at the present time – Agricultural College of the Agricultural Institute of Katanov Khakas State University), Department of Irrigation and Drainage (at the present time – Agronomic Department), with a specialty in Water Conservation, qualification Technician of Water Conservation, in the city of Abakan, Khakas Autonomous Oblast (since February 1992 – Republic of Khakassia), Soviet Union (1988), Order of Lenin Sergei M. Kirov Omsk Agricultural Institute (Omsk Agr. Inst.) (in 1994 Omsk Agr. Inst. has been renamed to Stolypin Omsk State Agrarian University), Faculty of Irrigation and Drainage (at the present time – Faculty of Agrochemistry, Soil Sciences, Ecology, Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Exploitation), with a specialty in Water Management and Melioration, qualification Engineer of Water Management and Melioration, in the city of Omsk, Russia (1993). Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD) in Agricultural Melioration (2000). Research interests in land reclamation, and surface irrigation technologies. Author and co-author of more than 70 scientific publications, including 7 patents for an inventions of the Russian Federation.
