Kachanova Tat’yana Grigor’evna, born 4 October 1955 in the village of Burulyatuy, rural locality Burulyatuyskoe, Olovyanninsky District, Chita Oblast (1 March 2008 Chita Oblast merged to Zabaykalsky Krai), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Khabarovsk Polytechnic Institute (KPI) (23 March, 2005 KPI has been rearranged to the Pacific National University), Faculty of Chemical Technology (at the present time – Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, School of Ecology and Nature Management), with a specialty in Wood Processing Technology, qualification Engineer Chemist-Technologist of Cellulose-Paper Production, in the city of Khabarovsk, Khabarovsk Krai, Soviet Union (1977). Senior Research Scientist for the Department of Silviculture and Logging Operations, Far East For. Res. Inst., in the city of Khabarovsk Khabarovsk Krai, Russia (1981-present). Research interests in study care thinning in the Korean pine-broadleaf forests. Author and co-author of more than 20 scientific publications.
