Montile Andrey Iosipovich, born 27 December, 1952 in the city of MoscowSoviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from the Order of the Red Banner of Labour Sergey M. Kirov Ural Polytechnic Institute (1975, UPI) (in 1992 UPI renaimed to the Ural State Technical University (USTU-UPI); 23 April 2008 USTU-UPI gained name of Boris N. Yeltsin; in 2009 USUT-UPI has been reorganized to the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Eltsin), Faculty of Radio Engineering (at the present time – Engineering School of Information Technologies, Telecommunications and Control Systems), with a specialty in Automated Control Systems, qualification Engineer of Automated Control Systems, in the city of Sverdlovsk (4 September 1991 the city of Sverdlovsk regained its historical name Yekaterinburg), Soviet Union. Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD) in Mathematical and Software Support of Computers, Complexes and Computer Networks (1985). PhD thesis: «Metod i Algoritmicheskie Sredstva Postroeniya Optimizatsionnoy Modeli Nelineynogo Programmirovaniya v Protsesse Dialoga» (The Method and Algorithmic Tools for Constructing an Optimization Model of Nonlinear Programming in the Process of Dialogue), Tomsk, Tomsk Polytech. Inst. (at the present time – Nat. Res. Tomsk Polytech. Univ.), 1985 (in Russian). Associate Professor for the Department of Intellectual Systems, Social and Economic Institute, Ural State Forest Engineering University, in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia (1990-present). Research interests in theoretical bases, mathematics and software for processing data of poorly formalized systems, formal models for the development and stable equilibrium of systems with various estimates of structural complexity in biology (morphophysiological aspects of the growth of woody plants), and medicine (muscular-osteoarticular systems, differential diagnostics of pathologies nervous, muscular and osteoarticular systems on the basis of the use of stabilometry data). Author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications, 4 patents for inventions.
