Pats Elena Nikolaevna, born 19 November 1974, in an urban locality of Yurty, Tayshetsky District, Irkutsk Oblast, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Technology (KSAT) (in 1997 KSAT renaimed to Sib. St. Univ. Technol. (SibSUT), in 2016 SibSUT affiliated to Reshetnev Sib. St. Univ. Sci. Technol.), with a specialty in Forestry and Forest Park Management, qualification Engineer of Forestry and Forest Park Management, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (1996). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) in Ecology (2009). PhD thesis: «Vozobnovlenie Kedra Sibirskogo (Pinus sibirica Du Tour) v Antropogenno Narushennykh Soobshchestvakh Seminskogo Khrebta (Tsentral’ny Altai)» (Renewal of the Siberian stone pine (Pinus sibirica Du Tour) in anthropogenically disturbed communities of the Seminsky Ridge (Central Altai), 2009 (in Russian).
