Raiskaya Yuliya Gennadievna, born 12 July 1980. Graduated from Tomsk State University (at the present time – National Research Tomsk State University), Faculty of Biology and Soils (at the present time – Institute of Biology, Ecology, Soil Science, Agriculture and Forestry (Institute of Biology)), Department of Botany (2011), PhD studies in Botany at Institute of Monitoring of Climatic and Ecological Systems, Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch in the city of Tomsk (2014). Research Scientists for the Tungussky State Nature Reserve (2006). Specialist in population plant biology, monitoring of populations, conservation of biological diversity. Author and co-author of more than 20 papers.
