Rakhmatullin Zagir Zabirovich

Rakhmatullin Zagir Zabirovich, born 04 October 1983, in the rural settlement of Chishma Buzdyaksky District, Bashkir ASSR (since 1992 – Republic of Bashkortostan), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Bashkir State Agrarian University, Faculty of Land Planning and Forestry (at the present time – Faculty of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry), with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Engineer of Forestry, in the city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia (2005). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Science and Silviculture; Forest Fires and Fire Fighting. PhD thesis: «Effektivnost’ Rubok Ukhoda v Nektarnykh Lipnyakakh Belebeevskoy Vozvyshennosti» (Efficiency of Thinning in Nectar Linden Forests of the Belebeev Upland), Yekaterinburg, Ural St. For. Engineer. Univ., 2008 (in Russian). Director for the Institute of Rational Nature Management (2020-present), Associate Professor for the Department of Silviculture and Landscape Design, Faculty of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry, Bashkir State Agrarian University, in the city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia (2008-present). Research interests in Silviculture, Remote Sensing of Earth, and GIS. Author and co-author of more than 70 scientific publications.
