Rubtsov Vasiliy Vasil’evich, born 9 October 1948, in a municipal town of Petrodvorets (in 2009 town of Petrodvorets has been renamed to Petergof), Petrodvortsovy District of the city of Leningrad ((06 Sept., 1991 Leningrad renaimed to Saint_Petersburg), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Moscow Institute of Forest Engineering (MIFE) (in 1993 MIFE renamed to Moscow State University of Forest (MSUF), in 2016 MSUF has been reorganized to Mytishchi Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University), Faculty of Electronic and Counting Equipment (at the present time – Space Faculty), with a specialty in Automation and Telemechanics, qualification Computer Engineer, in the city of Mytishchi, Mytishchinsky District, Moscow Oblast, Soviet Union (1972). Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PhD, 1979), Senior Researcher (1992) in Biophysics, Doctor of Biological Sciences in Ecology (1992). PhD thesis: «Мatematicheskoe Modelirovanie Dinamiki Nasekomykh-Vrediteley v Lesnoy Ekosisteme (na Primere Zelenoy Dubovoy Listovertki)» (Mathematical Modeling of the Dynamics of Insect Pests in Forest Ecosystems (on the Example of Green Oak Roller), Krasnoyarsk, Inst.
