Shashkin Eugeniy Alexandrovich, born 29 July 1973, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia), deceased 29 January 2025 in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. Graduated from Кrasnoyarsk State University of Technology (KSUT) (in 2006 KSUT being included to Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Automation (at the present time – Department of Robotics and Technical Cybernetics, Polytechnic School), with a specialty in Automation and Control in Technical Systems, qualification Systems Engineer, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (1995). Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD) in Systems Analysis, Management and Information Processing (Ecology) (2002).
