Shigapova Alfira Insafovna, born 1 July, 1967. Bashkir State University, Faculty of Biology, with a specialty in Biology (1992). for the Laboratory of Plant Genetics and Cytology, Botanical Garden-Institute, Ufa Scientific Center, Russian Academy of Sciences in the city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan. Specialist in forest population genetics, plant introduction and protection, flower growing. PI and Co-PI for All-Russian and regional research projects on study of population structure, intra-species variability of plants, plant introduction and biodiversity preservation. Author and co-author of more than 20 scientific publications.
