Sivolapov Vladimir Alekseevich, born 26 July 1987. Graduated from G. F. Morozov Voronezh State University of Forestry and Technologies, Forestry Faculty with a specialties Forestry Engineer, and Economist-Analyst for the Production and Economic Activity (2009), PhD course at the Department of Forest Crops, Selection and Forest Amelioration, Forestry Faculty, Voronezh State University of Forestry and Technologies named after G. F. Morozov (2012). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Crops, Selection and Seed Growing (2013), Head for the Department of Forest Genetics at the Branch of Federal State Enterprise «Russian Centre for Forest Protection» – «Centre for Forest Protection of Voronezh Region». Holder of the International Education Society certificate, Member of the Vavilov Society of Geneticists and Breeders. Author and co-author of 28 scientific publications in the field of genetics, breeding, biotechnology, breeding and creating crops of fast-growing tree species, forest protection.
