Tomilin Felix Nikolaevich, born 4 March 1977, in the city of ..., Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (KSU), (in 2006 KSU being included to Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Chemistry, with a specialty in Chemistry, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (1999). Candidate of Chemical Sciences (PhD) in Physical Chemistry (2003). PhD thesis: «Svyaz Atomnoi Struktury Uglerodnykh Nanoklasterov s ikh Elektronnymi i Khimicheskimi Svoystvami» (Relation of Atomic Structure of Carbon Nanoclasters with Their Electron and Chemical Properties), Krasnoyarsk, 2002 (in Russian).
