Zalesov Sergei Veniaminovich

Zalesov Sergey Veniaminovich, born 27 October 1953, in the village of Palomokhino, Murashinsky District, Kirov Oblast, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Suvodsky Forestry College, with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Technician-Forester, in the town of Sovetsk, Kirov Oblast, Soviet Union (1972), the Ural Institute of Forest Engineering (at the present time – Ural State Forest Engineering University), Faculty of Forestry (at the present time – Institute of Forest and Nature Management), with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Engineer of Forestry, in the city of Sverdlovsk (04 Sept., 1991 the city of Sverdlovsk renaimed to Yekaterinburg), Sverdlovsk Oblast, Soviet Union (1981). Candidate (PhD, 1986), and Doctor (DSc, 2001) of Agricultural Sciences in Forest Science, Silviculture, Forest Fires and Fire Fighting. PhD thesis: «Prokhodnye rubki v sosnyakakh yuzhnoy podzony taygi Urala» (Intermediate Loggings in Pine Forests of the Southern Subzone of the Taiga of the Urals), Sverdlovsk, Ural Inst. For.
