Zarubina Liliya Valerievna, born 27 September 1975, in the city of Arkhangelsk, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Arkhangelsk State University of Technology (ASUT) (in 2010 ASUT affiliated to the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M. V. Lomonosov (NArFU)), Forestry Faculty (presently – Higher School of Natural Sciences and Technologies), with a specialty in Forestry and Forest Park Economy, qualification Engineer of Forestry and Forest Park Economy, in the city of Arkhangelsk, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia (1997). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Science and Silviculture; Forest Fires and Fire Fighting (2004), Associate Professor for the Department of Forestry (2012), Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (DSc) in Forest Science, Silviculture, Forest Planning and Forest Inventory (2017).
