Özkan Ulaş Yunus, born 18 May, 1977 in the city of İzmir, İzmir Province, Turkey. Graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Forestry, with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Engineer of Forestry (1999), MSc in Forest Management (2003), PhD in Forest Management (2009). Assistant Professor in Forest Management for the Department of Forest Engineering, Faculty of Forestry, Istanbul University, in the city of Istanbul, Turkey (since 2009 to present). Author and co-author of more than 30 peer-reviewed publications.
