Moskalyuk Tat'yana Alexandrovna, born 12 October 1947, in the city of Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkarian ASSR (since 1992 – Kabardino-Balkarian Republic), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Primorsky Agricultural Institute (at the present time – Primorsky State Academy of Agriculture), Faculty of Forestry(at the present time – Institute of Forestry and Forest Park Economy), with a specialty in Forestry, qualification Engineer of forestry, in the city of Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai, Soviet Union (1971). Candidate (PhD, 1984) and Doctor (2005) of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor (2011) in Botany.
