Urazbahtina Karima Ashatovna, born 26 February, 1968. Graduated from the Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute (at the present time – M. Akmullah Bashkir State Pedagogical University), Faculty of Biology and Chemistry (at the present time – Faculty of Natural Science and Geography), with a specialty in Biology and Chemistry (1990). Junior Research Scientist for the Laboratory of Plant Genetics and Cytology, Botanical Garden-Institute, Ufa Scientific Center, Russian Academy of Sciences in the city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan. Specialist in forest population genetics, plant introduction and protection, flower growing. PI and Co-PI for All-Russian and regional research projects on study of population structure, intra-species variability of plants, plant introduction and biodiversity preservation. Author and co-author of 16 scientific publications.
