Bornikov Aleksander Vyacheslavovich, born 8 April, 1987. Graduated from Orenburg State Agrarian University Faculty of Forestry and Landscape Architecture (2009) (at the present time – Institute of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry). Since 2009 to 2012 post-graduate full-time education at the Department of Management and Foreign Economic Activity of Enterprise of the Ural State Forest Engineering University in the city of Yekaterinburg. PhD in Forestry (2012), Senior Lecturer for the Department of Land Management and Cadastres in the Institute of Agrarian Technologies and Forestry at Orenburg State Agrarian University (2012). Author and co-author of 24 papers.
