Retraining graduate education in State and Municipal Administration at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, with a specialization in State and Municipal Administration (2015), in the city of Minsk, Republic of Belarus. Director for the Republican affiliate forest planning unitary enterprise «Gomellesproekt» in the city of Gomel, Republic of Belarus. Specialist in forest science, forest ecology, forest planning and forest inventory.
