Kirillov Vitaliy Yur’evich, born 13 October, 1982 in the city of Schuchinsk, Akmola Region, Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic (since 1991 – Republic of Kazakhstan). Graduated from Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology, with a specialty in Biology and Chemistry, qualification Teacher of Biology and Chemistry, in the city of Kokshetau, Akmola Region, Republic of Kazakhstan (2004). Candidate of Chemical Sciences (PhD) in Physical chemistry (2010). PhD thesis: «Teoreticheskie Issledovaniya Elektronnoy Struktury, Fiziko-Khimicheskikh Svoystv, Biologicheskoy Aktivnosti Vinilovykh Efirov Osnovaniy Shiffa i ikh Soedineniy s О,О'-Dialkilfosfitami[К1] » (Theoretical Studies of the Electronic Structure, Physical-Chemical Properties, and Biological Activity of Vinyl Esters of Schiff Bases, and their Compounds with O,O’-Dialkylphosphites), Karaganda, Acad. E. A. Buketov Karaganda St. Univ., 2010 (in Russian with summary in Kazakh and English). Associate Professor in Biology (2016). Deputy General Director for Science for A. M. Bukeykhan Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Forestry and Agroforestry, National Agrarian Science and Educational Centre, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the city of Schuchinsk, Akmola Region, Republic of Kazakhstan (2013-present). Research interests in study chemistry of natural compounds (essential oils), conservation of plant biodiversity by biotechnology methods. Author and co-author of more than 75 scientific publications, 2 innovative patents for an inventions, 2 study guides.
