Manag. Technol. and Econ., 2012 (in Russian). Associate Professor for the Department of Theory and History of State and Law at Irkutsk Law Institute (Branch) of the Univ. Prosecutor Office Rus. Fed., Associate Professor for the Department of Constitutional Law and Theory of Law, the Law Institute, Irkutsk State University in the city of Irkutsk, Russia (2012-present). Specialist in general theoretical and branch issues of legal liability, theory of legal process.
