Kuznetsova Galina Vasilievna, born May 31 1949, in the rural locality of Verkhnyaya Kuenga, Sretensky District, Chita Oblast (since 01.03.2008 – Zabaykalsky Krai), Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (KSU) (in 2006 KSU being included to Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Biology and Chemistry, with a specialty in Biology, qualification Biologist, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (1975). Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) in Botany (2001), Associated Professor in Forest Crops, Selection and Seed Growing (2003). PhD thesis: «Osobennorti Rosta i Razvitiya Kedrovykh Sosen na Lesosemennykh Ob'ektakh Sredney Sibiri» (Peculiarities of Growth and Development of the Siberian Stone Pines at Forest Seed Sites in Central Siberia), Krasnoyarsk, V.
