Pugacheva Anna Mikhaylovna, born 2 August, 1969, in the city of Volgograd, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Volgograd Agricultural Institute (since 2011 – Volgograd State Agricultural University), Faculty of Agronomy (at the present time – Faculty of Agriculture Technology), with a specialty in Agronomy, qualification Agronomist (1993), PhD studies in Plant Cultivation at the same institute (1993-1997), in the city of Volgograd, Russia. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Plant Cultivation (2009). PhD thesis: «Vliyanie Predshestvennikov i Udobreniy na Urozhaynost’ Sortov Ozimoy Pshenitsy v Polupustynnoy Zone Volgogradskoy Oblasti» (The Influence of Predecessors and Fertilizers on the Yield of Winter Wheat Varieties in the Semi-Desert Zone of Volgograd Oblast), Astrakhan, Astrakhan St. Univ., 2008 (in Russian). Scientific Secretary, Vice-Director on Scientific Research for the Federal Scientific Center of Agroecology, Complex Reclamations and Protective Afforestation, Rus. Acad. Sci., in the city of Volgograd, Russia. The main directions of scientific studies – forest reclamation and secondary phytocoenoses of subarid landscapes. Author and co-author of more than 90 scientific publications.
