Sekerin Ilya Mikhailovich, born 05 May 1984, in the city of Sverdlovsk (04 Sept., 1991 the city of Sverdlovsk renaimed to Yekaterinburg), Sverdlovsk Oblast, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from the Ural State Forest Engineering University, Faculty of Forestry (at the present time – Institute of Forest and Nature Management), with a specialty in Forestry and Forest Park Economy, qualification Engineer of Forestry and Forest Park Economy, in the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia (2006). Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (PhD) in Forest Science and Silviculture; Forest Fires and Fire Fighting; Forest Planning and Forest Inventory (2009). PhD thesis: «Lesovodstvenno-Ekonomicheskaya Effektivnost’ Rubok Obnovleniya v Rekreatsionnykh Sosnyakakh Yuzhnoy Podzony Taygi Srednego Urala» (Silvicultural and Economic Efficiency of Renewal Felling in Recreational Pine Forests of the Southern Subzone of the Taiga of the Middle Urals), Yekaterinburg, Ural St. For. Engineer. Univ., 2009 (in Russian).
