Shabanov Alexander Vasil’evich, born 05 February, 1971, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (KSU) (in 2006 KSU being included to Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Physics (at the present time – School of Engineering Physics and Radio Electronics, Siberian Federal University), with a specialty in physics, and qualification physicist, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (1993). Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PhD) in Optics (1990). PhD thesis: «Issledovanie opticheskikh svoystv kompozitov i fotonnokristalicheskikh struktur, organizovannykh na osnove nematicheskogo zhidkogo kristalla» (Study of Optical Properties of the Composites and Photon-Crystal Structures, Organized on the Base of Nematic Liquid Crystal), 2002, Kirensky Institute of Physics, Rus. Acad. Sci., Sib. Br., 2002 (in Russian). Senior Research Scientist for the Laboratory of Molecular Spectroscopy, Kirensky Institute of Physics, Fed. Res. Center, Krasnoyarsk Sci. Center, Rus. Acad. Sci., Sib. Br., in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (since 2002 to present time). Scientific interests in molecular spectroscopy. Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific publications.
