Shabanov Alexander Vasil’evich, born 05 February, 1971, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Soviet Union (since 1992 – Russia). Graduated from Krasnoyarsk State University (KSU) (in 2006 KSU being included to Siberian Federal University), Faculty of Physics (at the present time – School of Engineering Physics and Radio Electronics), with a specialty in physics, and qualification physicist, in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (1993). Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PhD) in Optics (1990). PhD thesis: «Issledovanie opticheskikh svoystv kompozitov i fotonnokristalicheskikh struktur, organizovannykh na osnove nematicheskogo zhidkogo kristalla» (Study of Optical Properties of the Composites and Photon-Crystal Structures, Organized on the Base of Nematic Liquid Crystal), 2002, Kirensky Inst. Phys., Rus. Acad. Sci., Sib. Br. 2002 (in Russian). Senior Research Scientist for the Lab. Molecular Spectroscopy, Kirensky Inst. Phys., Fed. Res. Center, Krasnoyarsk Sci. Center, Rus. Acad.
